The Roth Käse plant in Monroe, Wisconsin

One hour south of Madison and two and a half hours northwest of Chicago, our plant is located conveniently in the southwest corner of highways 81 and 69. Our showcase dairy allows an excellent view of the initial cheesemaking process. The best hours to tour are from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
