Our take on the Dutch classics, the Van Gogh range of cheeses is artfully crafted by Roth Käse’s expert cheesemakers from fresh, local milk.

Vintage Van Gogh — A true masterpiece, Vintage Van Gogh is crafted in limited quantities from fresh, full-cream milk, making it creamier than most Goudas; aged a minimum of six months to create a golden body and rich flavor with undertones of caramel and coffee.

Recipe Applications:

  • Quiche and omelets
  • Stir into grits or hash browns
  • Melt atop burgers

Pair with:

  • Dried cranberries and cherries
  • Candied pecans and dark chocolate
  • Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, or Bock beer

Van Gogh Gouda — Always a classic, our version bears a mild, sweet, mellow flavor and a straw-yellow body.

  • Ham and cheese Panini
  • Shred onto beef stews or chili
  • Mac & cheese

Van Gogh Edam — Crafted from partially-skimmed milk, this mild cheese has a sweet creamy flavor balanced by pleasant salty notes. Perfect for slicing and snacking.
